Residents of Monroe and some portions of Harriman are eligible for a Monroe Free Library Card. Please upload an image of your Driver's License with your Monroe Address. We will not save this information after your application has been processed. If you want to use another form of ID, please apply in person. An applicant who is under eighteen (18) must apply in person with a parent or guardian. Please note that, as per library policy, we will take a photo of you when you arrive to pick up your card to prevent it from being used by unauthorized persons.
