Our friend Mr. Matt from Turtle Dance Music is coming back to MFL! Virtually, that is. We'll gather here in person at the library and call Mr. Matt on Zoom for a sensory-friendly interactive Turtle Dance concert! He'll be projected on the big screen and we'll have plenty of room to dance, sing, move and groove around the program room.

(Registration opens on the 25th of month.)

Do you need some help with your laptop, your phone, your Ereader. Every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, the reference department will provide walk in tech help. Our team we will do our best to help with your problem and point you in the right direction as needed. It is a first come first serve basis and this service will only be available from 4-5.Though you do not need to sign up, you may want to call before coming in

We finally arrived to see the wizard, well to compare the wizard. Join us as we compare the different versions of the Wizard of Oz, including the book and many movie versions.

Join us for a short, social meeting to discuss all things related to gardening.

Come and practice your reading skills with Millie and Max our therapy cats! Bring your own book or pick one out here at the library!

Join Mrs. Q or Miss Jessica for some Saturday morning storytime fun.

Celebrate the end of our Around the World with Monroe Free Library trip!  Enjoy games, music and food from around the world and see who will win our children, teen and adult Grand Prizes!  

Join special guests Paul and George from Homespun Occasions and try your hand at folk dancing and kick up your heels to live music from around the world, just like people did in the 18th and 19th century! Then sit-down to learn about the dancing, music, instruments, and cultures. 

ALL AGES

Join us for our ongoing Chess with Wes series! Whether you've attended before or this is your first time, we'd love to have you. All skill levels are welcome to join Chess Master Wesley Crick to learn about and play the game of Chess. If you have your own chess set, feel free to bring it with you.
