Are you interested in creative writing? Do you want to learn how to tell a story? In this workshop, Linda and Mannix from the library's writing club will discuss the ten elements of writing a good story and then do a writing activity.

Stop by anytime between 10:30AM and 11:30AM and let the children play! There will be toys to play with, Duplos, fun games and simple activities for preschoolers during our parent-guided playtime.

Does your child need some extra help with their homework? We've got you covered! Our Teen Volunteers are offering 30-minute sessions to students in grades 1-5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30PM and 6:30PM!

Our friend Mr. Matt from Turtle Dance Music is coming back to MFL! Virtually, that is. We'll gather here in person at the library and call Mr. Matt on Zoom for a sensory-friendly interactive Turtle Dance concert! He'll be projected on the big screen and we'll have plenty of room to dance, sing, move and groove around the program room.

Local photographer will discuss ways to improve your photography skills. She will discuss using both cameras and phones. Students will be brought outside to practice.
Do you need some help with your laptop, your phone, your Ereader. Every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, the reference department will provide walk in tech help. Our team we will do our best to help with your problem and point you in the right direction as needed. It is a first come first serve basis and this service will only be available from 4-5.Though you do not need to sign up, you may want to call before coming in
Continuing our celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, come to the library to learn about Rangoli: a beautiful artform from the Indian subcontinent!
Join us at the library for our new monthly Teen Book Club! The unique thing is there’s no assigned book! Come, hang out and read a book of your choice, and then after we can chat about the books. Come when you can, we meet the second Wednesday of the month. Snacks and drinks will be provided!
