GRADES 2 – 5

As part of the Monroe Free Library's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, join us at the library and create some "papel picado" [pecked paper]: a traditional paper craft from Mexico!

 

(Registration begins for all Children's programs on the 25th.)
