A special time for our youngest library members and their caregivers.  Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, music and fun. Join us in the program room nearest the children's area.  Please register as space is limited.

GRADES K - 1

Celebrate our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, by creating your own edible mini log cabin made from Kit Kats, graham crackers and frosting - join us! Kindly register.

Do you have a love for Anime or just getting started? Then come hang out with others who share your interest for Anime

Do you need some help with your laptop, your phone, your Ereader. Every Wednesday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, the reference department will provide walk in tech help. Our team we will do our best to help with your problem and point you in the right direction as needed. It is a first come first serve basis and this service will only be available from 4-5.Though you do not need to sign up, you may want to call before coming in

GRADES 2 – 5

There are few things more fun than catching Pokémon, so let's recreate the game in real life! With paper plates, we'll make our very own functional poké balls.

‼️Psst! As a bonus, we might be giving away some FREE Pokémon cards to whoever comes!

(Registration begins for all Children's programs on the 25th.)

Join us for a (sometimes) simple craft and some nice conversation.  Please  note that the craft is the same as the "Crafternoon" craft.

GRADES 6 - 12

💭A TAB is a group of teen volunteers who meet once a month to plan programs, events, and recommend titles or other materials for the library's YA collection. It's a great chance for teenagers to make a difference in their community while earning volunteer hours and developing leadership skills!

💡This month we will begin to plan our next project! Come with ideas for programs or community service projects!

📝Any Monroe Free Library Cardholder in grades 6-12 may attend. If you are not a current volunteer, you will have to fill out our volunteer paperwork at the start of the meeting.

(Registration begins for all Teen programs on the 25th of the previous month.)
